Erich Wlasak
Managing Partner Executive Director
With more than 25 years of management experience in industry and as a partner in international consulting firms, Erich remains passionate about bringing something new to the world or working with clients on the most complex problems. Erich has an impressive track record in overall leadership of global pioneering and transformational projects in the world’s most challenging arenas. His expertise in managing safety-critical programs ranges from the automotive industry to energy to air traffic management. Well-connected and well-liked as a strategy consultant and expert in industry and service companies internationally and nationally.
Christian Huber
Managing Partner Head of Sustainability & Materials
After several practical stations in the business, the educated carpenter completed his degree in forestry and in wood technology & management. With his expertise, he covers a broad spectrum ranging from sustainable silvicultural management up to material selection for various wood-based structures. With his huge experience in processing and his technical skills, Christian is able to implement complex solutions from engineering to production and assembly. From welding to milling to bonding, you will be hard pressed to find anyone as skilled and precise as Christian. With his calm manner and orientation towards project implementation, Christian is an asset to any team. Together with Alexander, Christian forms the engineering axis in Hycobility and is also responsible for purchasing and material selection.
Ulrich Müller
Managing Partner Head of R&D
Ulrich is a practician with a scientific education. From his education as a carpenter to his studies in forestry and his habilitation as a wood technologist, he has achieved a considerable number of projects, teaching, and publications. His technical expertise primarily covers materials science, material testing, hybrid and composite materials, bonding, machining, and shaping technology in the field of automotive, machine, and plant construction with renewable raw materials. There is hardly a problem for which Ulrich cannot find a suitable solution, combining 20 years of experience in science with his broad technical knowledge and high practical skills. Due to his experience and knowledge, he is able to lead product developments from conception to industrialization. In his spare time, he writes books, makes and edits videos, and is a pretty passable cook.
Alexander Stadlmann
Managing Partner Head of Engineering
Alexander has 15 years of practical experience in the planning and implementation of projects in yacht and vehicle construction and with sustainable hybrid material combinations. He received his PhD on the topic of manufacturing technologies for wood-based hybrid structures at the Boku in Vienna. The most complex calculations and designs are a great passion of Alexander, while he is also able to put them into practice with his high practical skills up to production and assembly. Alexander is extremely fast, straightforward and implementation-oriented, which explains why there will hardly be anyone who will not immediately hold him in high esteem. One of his passions is working in his own forest in the area around Schneeberg.
